Main uses of fused magnesia: fused magnesia is mainly used for auxiliary refractory materials such as gunning materials and ramming materials, electrical grade magnesia powder for flow-through bricks, magnesia bricks, magnesia chrome bricks, 97 fused magnesia, 98 fused magnesia and other special refractory bricks, and can also be used as refractory lining on vacuum and non vacuum induction furnaces and electric arc furnaces. It is an ideal raw material for making magnesia crucibles, furnace liners and various high-temperature casings.  


Production process of large crystal fused magnesia: large crystal fused magnesia is mainly made by melting 91% - 92% magnesium oxide particles with the size of 0 mm - 3 mm in an electric arc furnace. This product has large crystal grain, compact structure, slag resistance and good thermal shock stability. It is an excellent high temperature electrical edge material and an important raw material for making high-grade magnesia bricks, magnesia carbon bricks and unshaped refractories. It is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, national defense, scientific research, aerospace, household electrical components, etc.

Use of large crystal fused magnesia products: large crystal fused magnesia is used as lining refractory of steelmaking furnace, and is a high-quality high-grade alkaline refractory material for making refractory bricks and unshaped refractory materials; It can also be used as filler to make thermocouple and thermal flange materials (household appliances, etc.); It can also be used as ceramic raw materials and sintering aids, as well as metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, national defense, equipment, etc.
