Yingkou Dicalcium Fused magnesia The main raw material selected is 92% magnesium oxide, which is pressed into balls by a ball press. The shape of the pressed ball is 30mm, and the 30mm magnesium oxide ball is calcined in the high-temperature oil shaft kiln or coke shaft kiln. The calcined product is called medium grade magnesia, which is mainly used to produce high-grade basic shaped or amorphous refractories, and its finished products are mainly used in metallurgy, building materials, non-ferrous metals, chemical industry and other industries. In addition, medium grade magnesia is used in metallurgy to manufacture metallurgical powder for joining furnace bottom and furnace wall, and to manufacture slurry spraying furnace lining: to manufacture magnesia bricks and magnesia chrome bricks; In addition to being used as lining of furnace bottom, it is also widely used in electric steelmaking furnace, heating furnace, non-ferrous metal converting furnace and rotary furnace. Application of dicalcium fused magnesia

The calcined magnesite is mainly composed of magnesite ore with a content of more than 46%. When the magnesite ore is calcined and heated in a high temperature shaft kiln to 1400-1800 ℃, Mg (CO3) is completely decomposed to generate periclase, which becomes hard reddish brown calcined magnesium with high fire resistance. It is an ideal raw material for producing unshaped refractory materials. The products are used for steel making open hearth furnace, electric furnace bottom and ramming furnace lining.
