Corporate History


• 1984 The company has built two 400KV electric arc furnaces;


• 1993 It was expanded for the first time, with 8 800KV electric arc furnaces, and the annual profit tax increased from tens of thousands yuan to 5 million yuan. The enterprise has begun to take shape and entered the top 500 national welfare enterprises, ranking 186 in terms of business scale;


• 1996 The enterprise passed the national quality management standard acceptance, the quality management was on the right track, the quality assurance ability was steadily rising, and the product won the gold medal of the second China International New Technology Famous Product Expo and the Qinglong Award for township enterprises in Liaoning Province;


• 1997 For the second expansion, 16 new 1600KV electric arc furnaces were built, and 24 electric arc furnaces were owned. The enterprise became an important production base of refractory raw materials in China, and was recognized as a large second-class township enterprise by the Ministry of Agriculture;


• 1998 The enterprise began to implement the ISO9001 quality standard, and in the same year, it obtained the quality system certification issued by the China Fangyuan Mark Certification Center, and its quality assurance ability reached a new peak, The product won the national key new product award;


• 1999 Enterprise brand awareness is becoming stronger and stronger, and fused magnesia products are officially registered in the State Trademark Administration.


• 2000-2001 In order to improve the market competitiveness of the enterprise itself, nearly 10 million yuan was invested to improve the facilities and reconstruct the old plant in different places. All the electric furnace clamp lifting systems were fixed track type, which reduced the difficulty of operation, guaranteed the production quality, and gradually increased the investment in science and technology.


• 2002 Invest in the construction of carbon products production workshop, and expand it twice in 2003 and 2004, with an annual output of more than 10000 tons of graphite electrodes, to achieve self-sufficiency of carbon products and sales income, and complete the initial adjustment of product structure.


• 2003 Purchase two magnesite mines to realize self-sufficiency of magnesite raw materials and complete the second step of product structure adjustment.


• End of 2003 The construction of a magnesia carbon brick production line with an annual output of 30000 tons was started, and it was officially put into operation on August 25, 2004. The transition of products to deep processing and high added value was completed, realizing the integration of mine mining, electric melting magnesium smelting, deep processing of refractory materials, and self production of auxiliary materials. The product structure is becoming increasingly reasonable.


• August 2005 Invest 15 million yuan to build six 3200KV electric arc furnaces, implement the five electrode smelting method, reduce consumption and improve quality, while doubling the production efficiency, and continue to maintain the technological advantages in the same industry in the region. In September of the same year, "Yingkou Shimei Refractory Co., Ltd." was established, and the production line of 20000 tons of refractory products began to be built, and the scale economy strategy was steadily implemented.


• October 2005 Yingkou New Century Refractory Co., Ltd., a joint venture with the original 30000 ton magnesia carbon brick production line as the main body, was established. The advantages of enterprise scale, technology, resources and other aspects are increasingly obvious in the process of attracting investment.


• April 2008 After the completion of enterprise restructuring, it was renamed as Dashiqiao Shifo Magnesium Products Co., Ltd.


• October 2011 The 22 chamber ring baking kiln in the carbon workshop has been completed and put into operation, realizing the high efficiency, high quality, environmental protection and energy saving in the production of natural graphite electrode, and the economic and social benefits of the production of graphite electrode have been significantly improved.


• 2016 The magnesia carbon brick production line realizes independent production, operation and management.


• 2017 The electric melting magnesium production workshop has been transformed, and all electric arc furnaces have been transformed into 4000 kV high-power furnaces, realizing mechanization, high production and high yield. Reflect environmental protection, energy conservation and efficiency.
